Celebrating 15 Years – Gratitude
We're celebrating 15 years of helping the Norwalk community with their auto repair needs. Our 15th anniversary is the perfect time to show our Thanks and Gratitude as our first post. We've learned so much from our customers, team and mentors over the last 15 years. We couldn't have done this alone and we value the trust you have placed in us. For me, the difference between thanks and gratitude is that gratitude comes with the responsibilities of paying it forward. We're doing this with Education and Sharing.
Education: I have experienced exciting business development and personal growth by continuing to learn formally as well as informally from customers, industry peers and industry leaders, networking, our team and mentors.
Sharing: Paying it forward for the good people the industry employs and sharing what I've learned, is my way of bringing professionalism to the auto repair industry one customer at a time. This is a great way to better the industry for all.
I realize that our customers want the same thing from us as we want from the vendors, suppliers and the companies we choose to help us run our business:
TO CARE. When caring happens it's a Win-Win for both businesses and their customers. Our conversations, your feedback and reviews have given me the inspiration to do more. Along with the help of my team, you've helped us:
- Give back to our community, by educating customers/consumers on car care
- Empower women to make informed auto repair and maintenance decisions
- Encourage the next generation of technicians coming into the auto repair industry
- Support our community and other local businesses
The goal of this blog is to encourage you to make the best auto maintenance and repair decisions. I will share auto industry news, auto maintenance, repair and safety tips, shop updates and customer stories. We are looking forward to learning from your comments and feedback to better your auto repair experience.
